  Definition of Customer Situation:

  Recommendations and improvement activities needed to comply to the requirements

  are pointed, giving their critical grade

·        Preparation of an economic pre-offer,

·        Offer adjustment to the request and/or possibility of each customer

Execution of agreed activities and delivery of required documentation in established times.
